sorry if i sound daft, but who's Srebernica?
Many have cried for Srebernica. If you wish to distinguish yourself, DO something about Srebernica. Let its memory steep itself into all of your actions..c
Srebrenica was a town of Muslims in former Yugoslavia and became the site for the biggest genocide in Europe since World War II.

According to UN and recently found videos, thousands were rounded up and systematically 'slaughtered' and buried.

The world stood by then and even now, it occupies the back pages of newspapers.

The picture shook me so I decided to share it.

I didn't even know what srebrenica was. Did a search and am heart broken to realize I never even knew.

Always knew genocides happened in yugoslavia...never the details.

And while we must remember and honour the innocents who died, Our acions must be focused on making sure nothing of the sort happens ever again.

May their souls rest in peace.
For some reason, I sympathize more with the Bosnian massacres than any other.

That picture helped me in finalizing a decision that I had put off for a long time.
